Love the shirt but shipping needs improvement

Love the shirt. It looks great and fits well. But shipping time is ridiculous. I ordered on 7/29, wanting to get the shirt in time for Fritz’s birthday on 8/3. Since I’m in Cincinnati and so is their warehouse, a 5 day shipping time seems very reasonable. But the shirt didn’t arrive until 8/8. Since they closed their Cincinnati stores, buying in person wasn’t an option. It was very disappointing to get the Fritz birthday shirt 5 days after his birthday when I ordered it 5 days before
