At Cincy Shirts, we strive to get your order out the door as quickly as possible. Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after your purchase is placed.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Shipping Times

• Delivery times vary depending on the shipping method selected and your location.

• Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days.

• During peak seasons (like holidays or major local events), processing times may be slightly longer.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once an order leaves our warehouse, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. If your package is delayed or lost, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. However, we’re always happy to assist if you need help locating your order
