Custom Outside Sales Rep
Are you outgoing and know the apparel printing business?
Cincy Shirts is proud to partner with local schools, companies and organizations to create custom merchandise and fulfill their printing needs. We are in need of a motivated individual who has as strong knowledge of the apparel business to expand our custom division. The perfect candidate should have 3-5 years in the printing and promotional products industry and is familiar with modern decoration techniques. Focusing on building spiritwear and fulfillment for schools, businesses and beyond.
The Deetz:
Base salary plus commission.
Work Remote, but must live in the Cincinnati area.
Must be familiar with decoration techniques, print file types, and printing details.
Must have strong knowledge of apparel suppliers and apparel brands and the ability to effectively communicate with graphic designers and printers.
Computer savvy. Order entry and knowledge of Quickbooks.
Health insurance available after 60 days.
Flexible schedules and laid back atmosphere.
Estimated total compensation 60-80k.

Retail District Manager
Cincy Shirts currently has 2 retail locations and is looking to expand. We need one individual to lead our print shop squad. This position will include hiring staff, organizing schedules, coming up with attractive displays, keeping up with ordering stock and learning the Direct to Garment printing process.
This is not a traditional retail store setup. The day-to-day includes printing custom orders, printing stock for the sales floor as well as on demand orders for customers.
We are looking for someone with a serious worth ethic all while maintaining a fun, clean and organized work environment.
Hiring and firing staff.
Training staff to sell, print and educate on sales.
Develop a staff bonus/incentive program.
Maintaining cleaning schedule.
Scheduling Staff effectively.
Keeping up with Marketing. Sales signage and social media posts.
Should plan on 40 hours a week
The ability to work 3 stores - Ft Mitchell, OTR and Hyde Park.
Ordering blank garments for in store printing.
Ordering supplies for the printers as well as keeping up with the maintenance.
Insurance available after 60 days.

Salary 50k plus incentives based on sales goals.
