Shipping Details

Domestic Shipping:

We currently use United States Postal Service (USPS) to ship our products. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped via email.

Please expect delays on all orders at this time. We have a small (but mighty) team working the warehouse and are printing, fulfilling and shipping all orders during this uncertain time. We appreciate your patience and support for our local T-Shirt company!

Our normal shipping days are Monday through Friday, during normal business hours and at this time, we're about 7-10 business day outs on online orders.

International Shipping:

All orders are shipped with the US Postal Service (USPS). International buyers currently pay a flat rate. Please be aware that First Class Mail is cheap and can be very slow. We cannot control how long your country’s customs may delay your package. First Class Mail cannot be tracked or insured.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS NOTE: Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Lost Package / In Transit

Please contact USPS and file a claim before contacting us. If you want your package insured, you MUST add our Route insurance at checkout. Cincy Shirts is not responsible for any lost/stolen packages without the insurance.

Stolen Packages

Please be aware when shipping that you send your packages to a safe address, where the package will not be stolen. Cincy Shirts is not responsible for any stolen items or packages once the order gets to your destination. If you want your package insured, you MUST add our Route insurance at checkout.
