Fútbol is Back in Cincy

FC Cincinnati experienced an unbelievable amount of success in their first season in the USL last year. They experienced success not only on the field, but more importantly, within the stands. 

Not even the most optimistic of Cincinnati Sports fans could have predicted the impact that this team would have in it's inaugural season. FC Cincinnati proved to be a competitive force in the USL by finishing 3rd in their division and demonstrated an offensive prowess to boot. The continual upward momentum was echoed by the seemingly seasoned soccer fans of Cincinnati. This groundswell of fan comradery was highlighted by the breaking of an attendance record in the state of Ohio for a single exhibition game (35,061 people) and again by breaking the USL's single season attendance record later that year. In an effort to fly even closer to the sun, FCC made a bid for the MLS after only one season. Although they were denied access, FC Cincinnati is expected to knock even louder on the MLS door this season.

With the regular season set to go on March 25th, FC Cincinnati and the FCC faithful are again set to put on quite the show as their sophomore season quickly approaches.
