For eligible low-quantity DTG and DTF orders of 12–47 pieces, our starting prices are:

The Gildan Softstyle is a solid budget-friendly option. The Next Level 6210 offers a softer cotton/poly blend and is one of our most popular choices. The Bella + Canvas 3413 is a lightweight premium tri-blend for groups that want a more elevated feel.

These are starting prices, not a promise that every possible design can be printed at that exact number. Larger sizes, additional print locations, specialty garments, unusual artwork and other production needs can affect the final quote.

What About Larger Custom Orders?

Larger orders are quoted individually.

At higher quantities, screen printing is often the best fit because it can provide strong durability and better value as the order grows. We do not use a one-size-fits-all public price chart for larger jobs because the cost depends heavily on the details.

Clean, print-ready artwork makes the process faster. Art fees may apply when we need to redraw a low-resolution logo, recreate a missing file, clean up artwork, separate colors or develop an original design from a rough idea.

Any art fee will be discussed before production begins. You will approve the artwork before we print the order, so there should not be a surprise mystery design waiting in the boxes.

Can You Handle a Rush Order?

Tell us the actual date you need the shirts in hand, not the date you plan to start worrying about them. Rush fees may apply depending on the deadline, garment availability, order size and production requirements.

DTG, DTF or Screen Printing: Which Costs Less?

DTG printing

DTG, or direct-to-garment printing, works well for detailed full-color artwork and smaller quantities. It prints directly onto the garment and avoids the setup required for traditional screen printing.

DTF printing

DTF, or direct-to-film printing, is also useful for smaller runs, detailed designs and a wide range of garment materials. The design is printed onto a transfer film and then applied to the garment.

Screen printing

Screen printing is commonly the better value for larger quantities, especially when the artwork uses fewer colors. It requires more setup, but that setup is spread across more pieces as the order grows.
