Do you know the history behind these two iconic record labels that were founded in the Queen City?
Founded in 1943, King Records was one of the most important independent record labels in music history. One of its sibling labels, Federal Records, was the original home of James Brown, and other acts like the Dominoes and Johnny "Guitar" Watson. King Records was purchased by Nashville's Gusto Records in 1974.
Embrace this history and shop these tees for only $15, this Saturday, April 21st only until 11:59PM online here and until 7PM in-stores.
