The Crypt

The Crypt originally opened as Tomb Raider: The Ride in 2002, when Paramount Pictures still owned the park and themed rides to match its movie and TV properties. After the park was sold to Cedar Fair, the ride was renamed The Crypt. All references to Tom Raider were removed and the ride slightly reworked with the number of inversions reduced. The ride closes at the end of the 2011 season, but is used around Halloween time asÆ’â‚ ¬Ã… ¡Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ã‚ Madame Fatale's Cavern of Terror for the very popular Haunt nights at the park.
