Tony Perez arrived in Florida from Cuba in 1960 at age 17 to join the Reds organization. He had been spotted playing for a sugar factory's team. After being signed by the Reds, he worked his way up though the minors and made his Major League debut in 1964. He was an important part of the Big Red Machine, managed the club in 1993, and remains one of the team's most poplar players. Why not Tony Perez for President?
