Job Title: Digital Printer / Retail Associate
Location: Cincy Shirts – Retail Stores
Starting Pay: $15/hour

Job Overview:
Cincy Shirts is looking for a dependable, quick-learning team member to join our retail crew as a Digital Printer / Retail Associate. This is a hands-on role that combines customer service in our retail stores with on-site digital apparel printing. You’ll help keep our shelves stocked with fresh prints and provide an awesome experience for our in-store customers.

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate and maintain digital garment printers (we’ll train you!)

  • Print shirts accurately and efficiently according to design specs

  • Assist customers on the sales floor with a friendly, helpful attitude

  • Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized workspace

  • Stay proactive—there’s always something to do

  • Tackle unexpected tasks and busy periods with a calm mindset

What We’re Looking For:

  • Quick learners who take pride in doing things right the first time

  • Dependable folks who show up ready to work

  • Strong work ethic—you won’t be sitting on your phone all day

  • Ability to handle stress, multitask, and stay focused

  • Great attention to detail is a must (seriously—crooked prints are a no-go)

  • Previous retail or printing experience is a bonus, but not required
