Skyline Chili Dip Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 can (15 oz) Skyline Chili (or any Cincinnati-style chili)
  • 1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese (preferably mild or sharp)
  • Optional toppings: chopped onions, jalapeños, or hot sauce

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Layer the Dip:
    • In an 8x8-inch baking dish (or similar), spread the softened cream cheese evenly on the bottom.
    • Pour the Skyline Chili over the cream cheese layer, spreading it evenly.
    • Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  3. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
