National Doughnut Day

National Doughnut Day

With glazed donuts glistening in the sunlight, Cincy Shirt's own Josh Sneed took home the gold by winning the Grand Champion Donut Holder medal at this year's National Doughnut Day competition. Here's to you Mr. Big Sprinkle.

It was a lively scene on Fountain Square for National Doughnut Day. With so many of Cincinnati's favorite bakeries on site, you realize just how strong of a history Cincinnati has with baking. Whether it's Holtman's who's been making donuts since 1960 or if it's Busken who's been in the flour game since 1928, the baking tradition in Cincinnati is alive and well. Cincinnati is a donut town and our Cincy Donut Skyline shirt quite literally shows that.

This event was also made even more special because a portion of the proceeds went to our friends at the Salvation Army. Thanks for all your hard work gang.

And thanks to all who came out and showed their support at this year's National Donut Day event on Fountain Square. We look forward to defending our sweet crown next year.
